Just man up! We have all heard the phrase. As men, we are not invited to talk about what troubles our mind. We sit behind closed doors, ruminating over other people's actions towards us, and a society that has never pointed in the same direction as our moral compass. We are trapped in a game that we never signed up to play, governed by rules that seem visible only to those who wish to manipulate us for financial or social gain.
